Class Details for Beginner, Breather & Formstroke Levels:


 

  • Maximum students in class: 4
  • Class duration: 30 minutes
  • Pool temperature: 33 degrees Celsius


 

Class Timetable: every 30 minutes between following times


  • Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 11:00am & 3:00 pm - 7:30 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm

Swimming Assessment: required for all student with a swimming ability of independent arms over freestyle or better.


To ensure your child is placed in the most suitable class and level, we kindly request a swimming assessment before making a booking. These assessments are quick, taking no more than 10 minutes of your time, and are available 7 days a week at the following slots:


  • Monday to Friday: 5:15 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:15 am

Booking and Lesson Times:


If your child is a beginners level of swimming OR once your child has been assessed and graded, you can proceed to book them into a suitable class. Our lessons are conducted during the following time slots:


  • Monday to Friday: 7:00am-11:00am & 3:00 pm - 8:30 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm

You can commence swimming lessons at any time, as we aim to accommodate the needs of our students and their families throughout the year.

 

 

Our swim school operates on a calendar month course booking system, rather than a term-based system. Therefore, the cost of lessons is as follows:

 

  • Direct Debit Rate:  $23.50 per lesson booked a calendar month in advance
  • Pay at Reception / Invoiced Rate:  $27.00 per lesson booked a calendar month in advance
  • Before School Mornings (3 or more lessons per week paid in advance on Direct Debit only):  $20.00 per lesson booked a calendar month in advance
  • Casual Lesson:  $29.00 per lesson 
  • Adult Lessons:  $33.00 per lesson booked a calendar month in advance 

 

Additionally, I'm pleased to inform you that we are an approved provider of Active Kids Vouchers and First Lap Vouchers, which can be applied towards the cost of swimming lessons.


 

YES we offer 1 make up class per calendar month with 24 hours notification through the Parent portal. 

  


A Make up token will be automatically generated -


  • after the Future Absences class date that has been scheduled absent / cancelled in advance 
  • if your scheduled absence is submitted 24 hours before student's scheduled class day/time and
  • it is your first scheduled absences for the calendar month (each student is eligible to 1 make up class or change of booking time per calendar month).
  • Please Note:  Scheduled Absence / makeup policy does not include School Holiday program - strictly NO changes, cancellations or make up classes are permitted for any reason once School Holiday booking is confirmed with payment.

How to Schedule Future Absence?

Schedule a Future Absence and


Receive a Makeup token via our iClass Pro app!



Please Note:

 

We only offer ONE Makeup Token per booking, per calendar month with 24 hours notification using Parent Portal. 

 

A makeup token can ONLY be BOOKED via the Parent Portal AFTER the class you have scheduled absent has FINISHED. 

 

A makeup token has an EXPIRY DATE of 8 weeks from the date that you have scheduled absent. 

 

For Your Information

 

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding pausing your bookings. We understand the importance of maintaining your preferred schedule, and we offer two alternative options to accommodate your needs effectively:


Option 1: Make-Up Classes If your current day and time are crucial to your regular timetable, we provide the option of one make-up class per calendar month with a minimum of 24-hour notice. Additionally, you have the flexibility to cancel any additional days within the same month. However, please note that a make-up token is not generated in this case, and the class fee will be charged to reserve the booking day and time ongoing.


Option 2: Future Booking Credits Alternatively, you may drop your current booking and receive a credit for unused future bookings. This credit can be used for scheduling swimming lessons upon your return. Please note that we cannot hold a position for you once your booking has been cancelled. The availability of a suitable day and time for rebooking is subject to availability. To make a future booking, please contact our centre when you are ready to return. You can check availability and book up to 7 days in advance by either calling our Reception Team or logging into the Parent portal.


Important Considerations: If you are planning a holiday or taking a break from swimming lessons but wish to return and hold your current booking day and time, please be aware of our make-up policy. We cannot hold booking day/time once your booking has been cancelled, and rebooking is subject to availability.


Make-Up Policy: We offer one make-up class per calendar month per booking with 24-hour notification using the Parent portal. If you would like more information about our make-up policy and instructions on how to schedule an absence on the Parent portal, please reply to this email.


Policy on Pausing/Holding Bookings: Please note that we are unable to pause or hold bookings. Pausing or holding a booking means keeping a position in the class empty for the duration of the request, which is not feasible given our limited availability and class sizes. We cannot accommodate holding positions for returning students at the expense of new bookings.


Instructions for Dropping Bookings - Cancel Future Bookings: When you wish to return, please contact the centre as we cannot hold a position once your booking has been cancelled. Rebooking is subject to availability, and you can check availabilities and book up to 7 days in advance by calling our Reception Team or logging into the Parent portal.
